The company was founded in 1997 by Rick Christ, whose credentials include a B.S. in Mathematics from
Saint Joseph’s University, an M.S.E. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, over 20 years experience in technical, management, and consulting roles, and over 15 years in
staffing.

The Business Philosophy
Our approach to IT staffing is to learn as
much as we can about client and candidate needs and proceed accordingly. We do not present candidates to clients if we do not perceive a fit. When a client receives a resume from us, we want the client, because of our track record, to give that individual serious consideration. Similarly, we want candidates to be presented only with opportunities that fit their backgrounds and goals.
We take a long-term view to our relationships - with clients, candidates, affiliates, and vendors - and we strive to conduct business to the highest ethical standards.
