	The Company Our business is the direct and contract placement of information technology professionals at all levels.

The company was founded in 1997 by Rick Christ, whose credentials include a B.S. in Mathematics from Saint Joseph’s University, an M.S.E. in Computer and Information Science from the University of Pennsylvania, over 20 years experience in technical, management, and consulting roles, and over 15 years in staffing.

Christ Enterprises is the result of Rick’s desire to create a company that would be respected by both clients and candidates, and would provide the highest quality service in the industry.Clients and candidates also benefit from affiliations we have with other carefully-selected, top-quality staffing firms.

The Business Philosophy

Our approach to IT staffing is to learn as much as we can about client and candidate needs and proceed accordingly. We do not present candidates to clients if we do not perceive a fit. When a client receives a resume from us, we want the client, because of our track record, to give that individual serious consideration. Similarly, we want candidates to be presented only with opportunities that fit their backgrounds and goals.
